In a mixing bowl, add the egg and 3/4 cup whole milk. Whisk until well combined. Pour the egg over the vegetables in the pie pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center of the pie set. Remove the pie from the oven and cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Hawaiian Ham Pie

Makes 9" pie

Ingredients

9" prepared pie crust, unbaked

1 lb. ground cooked ham

1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs

1 beaten egg

1/2 cup whole milk

2 tbs. sliced green onion

1 tbs. yellow prepared mustard

20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained

1/4 cup light brown sugar
